Fifty years! That’s half a century, 600 months, 2,600 weeks, 18,250 days, 438,000 hours, or 26,280,000 minutes. A lot of people don’t even get to live that long, let alone celebrate a 50th Anniversary for something. A 50th Wedding Anniversary is very special — it is the Golden Year and Gold is traditionally supposed to be given as a gift.
Our parent’s just celebrated their 50th on May 20, 2022. And we went out to celebrate. They have taught us so many things over the years. Our parents being married for so long and having a great relationship has taught us many things: to be fiercely loyal, forgiving, understanding, tenacious, honest to a fault, etc. These are all really good qualities that a person can have. Our parents set the bar high as our role models and these qualities have been instilled in us from day one. And because Jerry and I run a business together, these characteristics have carried through in our work, work ethic, and business relationships. We are hard-working and always have our clients’ best interests in mind. We like to have fun and celebrate all of those milestones, big and small. Celebrate the success! We cherish the things that make people and situations unique. We carry this through in our design, creative, printing, and communications work.
